Acne: Causes and Treatments
Acne is everyones problem, even it happens only once in your life, it is a problem. Pimples are so small but can cause big mental problems to people. Most people think about acne and pimple problems a lot, try to cover them instead of taking care of them and cause more bigger acne problems and even face scars.
Most people had pimple back in teenage years. Did you ever think about why? Why pimples start to pop up when we are teenagers?
People start to change, their bodies and minds when they are teenagers. There is some changes we can see and some we can’t able to see buy happens inside us, like hormones and livers. Livers can effect our face, our skin. People who drink alcohol a lot, tend to have redness problems on their face. What you eat and how your liver effect to these foods are important because it is the main reason for pimples. If you stay away “bad foods” that your body don’t like have, your face will be pimple-free. Pimples are basically mean your body try to take these bad foods out of you somehow.
Some foods that can cause pimples are cola, foods which have lots of sugar in it and processed foods in general. Always know what you are eating and try to stay clean as possible.
First your excretory system will try to take these foods out off of you, but probably won’t be enough and these foods will get in our blood and cause pimples in our face.
You can keep your skin pimple-free following these steps;
Stay away from processed foods and foods with lots of sugar in it. Stay away from cola, or any kind of soda.
Try to help your body to keep yourself clean, these is 2 ways to do that;
First: Eat foods that help your body to clean itself. Some of them are fruits like apples, you can eat up 5 apples a day for detox. Apples can help your skin to be better.
Second: Enema, this cleans yourself all and cure your acnes with it. Make your research before you do it.
